A pharmaceutical company required fast turnaround on sourcing, packaging, labeling and distribution of a commercial US medication (medication already approved by the FDA) to their clinical sites to 5 different countries.

Solution:

We were able to procure the drug supplies, which were received within 7 business days of purchase into our facility. Our project management team developed and approved all distribution documentation, including full labeling instructions within 2 days.  All drug supplies were labeled and packaged in 3 days of shipment and was then delivered to sites accordingly, meeting the aggressive timelines.
